Wellness and Resilience Training - This is training that assists organisations to support their employees in dealing with stress and building resilience during times of pressure. It incorporates group training and one on one training. Techniques for mental and physical wellness are covered as well as relaxation and mindfulness technique. Mental Health Awareness Workshops carried out for ABC Management and staff throughout South Australia. Resilience and Wellness training for Department of Education, Bureau of Meterology, SA Health, Department of Fisheries SA, AMEO and Access Pay.
Assessment Services and the Development of Assessment Tools - This involves assessing staff for high stress roles and cultural and capability fit. I have led and facilitated assessment centres for both corporate and government organisations. I am accredited in the use of the Human Synergistics Lifestyles Inventory Assessment, Human Synergistics Leadership Impact , HBDI ( Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument ) , Hogan’s Personality Inventory, DiSC personality Test and Genos Emotional Intelligence. A further service involves the development of assessment tools used to assess competencies and cultural fit. Assessment Services provided to Department of Immigration involving Detention Centre Security, Metropolitan Fire Services, Correctional Services, Telstra, SA Water, Origin, NSW Transport amongst many others.
Development of Competency Frameworks- This is a service which is carried out to work with organisation’s stakeholders in assessing strategic goals and aligning those in the development of competencies in the roles within their organisations. A framework is developed which can be used to assess gaps for development and future training. Competency Framework developed for NSW Health and Beyond Bank Australia. Work samples for assessment developed for NSW Department of Heritage and the EPA.
Career Coaching- This is a service that provides one on one or group training in outplacement including resume review, networking advice and interview coaching. Outplacement services provided to BAE Systems Australia, Telstra, Origin, Westpac and Workcover amongst many others. Career counselling for General Motors Holden including administration of Federal Government Training Fund.

Candidate (John Z) - What can I say about Monique Thompson.
